Our services provide an easy and lucrative way to sell your collections or downsize the contents of your home in a controlled effective environment.
First step text pictures of your items (does not need to be of every item) to 715-225-9951 or email johnandmeg@theatticec.com. You will receive a response back accepting or denying your furniture and home goods/art/pottery etc based on condition and quality, non smoking home, no pet hair from there we can set an appointment. Consignment is a 90 day contract on a 50/50 split of any sales we make for you during that time. We also post most of our consignment online through Facebook, Instagram, and Ebay. During that 90 day contract is a discount structure, every 30 days 20% off at 30 days old and 50% off at 60 days old. If an item does not sell within the 90 day period the client can schedule to pick up or we can have the item donated.Appointments need to be made 2-3 weeks in advance on average. There is not maximum or minimum number of items you can bring, if you need help with 2 items or 200 let our decade of experience take the stress of finding your quality items new homes.

Vendor rental spaces are for people that are looking to flip their wares as a business but don't necessarily want the commitment of operating a brick and mortar. No front desk work commitment, all fees are built into the rent.Our rental contract is month to month at $4 a square foot + 10% on sales. We offer an online tagging/tracking system, and online advertising on Facebook and Instagram. Credit card fees and sales taxes are taken care of by us.
